An elderly murderer who was paroled after spending decades in prison is accused of killing another person in Los Angeles later on his release from custody. He is now charged with the stabbing murder of a adult female just weeks after his parole weather condition were terminated by the country.

"There's just likewise many awful examples of people who commit horrible, egregious crimes in after years," said Larry Morse, Legislative Director for the California District Attorneys Association. "Information technology's an appalling story."

Morse told FOX 11 he expects situations similar this to happen more often with recent changes to state law that reduce California's elderly parole eligibility to age 50, which is 17 years younger than Harris.
